The Porcelain Gin & Tonic

Porcelain Gin - 1.5 Jigger (66ml)
Tonic Water - 200ml (Refrigerated)
Cucumber - Juliette cut
Citrus Peel (Optional)
Ice
Tall Glass
Recipe:
1. In a tall glass fill with ice to cool down the glass.
2. Put cucumber slice in spiral layout.
3. Pour in Porcelain Gin and then Tonic.
4. Finish with garnish such as citrus peel or botanicals.

The Porcelain Gingeroni

Porcelain Gin - 30ml
Dolin Red Vermouth - 30ml
Campari - 30ml
Fresh Ginger (sliced, garnish)
Fresh Giner (to be muddled)
Recipe:
1. In a mixing glass pour in Vermouth, Porcelain Gin, and Campari.
2. Muddle fresh ginger in mixing glass.
3. Pour into negroni glass with large ice cube.
4. Garnish with sliced fresh ginger.

The Porcelain Marco Polo

Porcelain Gin - 60ml
Amaro Averna - 20ml
Maraschino Cherry Juice - 10ml
Maraschino Cherries - 3 Pieces
Recipe:
1. In a mixing glass pour in Gin, Amaro Averna, and Maraschino cherry juice.
2. Stir with ice in mixing glass.
3. Pour strained into cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with maraschino cherry skewer.

The Porcelain Mandarin Sour

Porcelain Mandarin Gin - 60ml
Calamansi/Lime Juice - 20ml
Mandarin Juice - 10ml
Simple Syrup - 20ml
Egg white - 1 egg
Recipe:
1. In a mixing glass pour in Vermouth, Porcelain Gin, and Campari.
2. Muddle fresh ginger in mixing glass.
3. Pour into negroni glass with large ice cube.
4. Garnish with sliced fresh ginger.

The Porcelain High Tea

Porcelain Mandarin Gin - 45ml
Peach Syrup - 30ml
Lemon Juice - 30ml
Green Iced Tea - 120ml
Recipe:
1. Assemble ingredients in a shaker.
2. Top with ice and shake.
3. Strain in Highball glass or Chinese teapot over ice.
